We are currently looking for an executive recruiter who takes initiative and is skilled at identifying, attracting, and closing professionals across all industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Technical or Executive Recruiter. This individual must have a background in handling all of the responsibilities targeting the recruiting efforts and be a team player with a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude.
Specific responsibilities include sourcing candidates utilizing both standard tools and advanced Internet search tools, conducting in-depth phone screens with the ability to quickly assess someone’s character; using behavioral interviewing strategies; evaluating, negotiating, extending, and closing candidates on offers; developing and maintaining a solid pipeline of qualified candidates; and performing reference checks.
Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team, be self-motivated, yet take direction as required from management. Strong computer and research skills are required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is desirable. We are looking for someone with confidence, a good phone presence, and a drive to achieve. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Entry Level Recruiter

You will be responsible for sourcing and assessing candidates as well as managing them throughout the hiring process. This position requires a self-starter who is innovative and takes initiative.
Strong computer skills in Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based applications, and online research are required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
